English Entry Test for Applicants

AIT English Entry Test (EET)

The Language Center (LC) offers an in-house test of English proficiency called the AIT English Entry Test (EET). The score is based on a nine point scale which the writing score is the most important at AIT. The test result will be e-mailed within 3-7 days. The LC will report the test result to the AIT Admissions only if the score is satisfactory for provisional admission. If applicants fail to obtain the minimum score requirements for admission, they may take the test again. There is no limit to the number of times they can take the test, but we encourage them to study and improve their English before retesting. Applicants who have taken the test at AIT Language Center may request for academic writing tutorials by sending an email to lctesting@ait.asia. This opportunity is to meet with an LC lecturer to go over test results and how to improve (250THB per half hour consultation). No online feedback is currently available.

All applicants who take the online test or test outside Thailand will need to be tested again at AIT under our testing conditions to verify their scores.
